# Trinity Infinity Project (TIP) — Roadmap

**Spearhead:** wallet-based journey through the Gateway warp → 3D universe (easy to learn) → sit at Captain TCP (2D panel). △ Gateway is always home.

**Do not confuse:**
- Public Onion (`https://trade.trinitytrading.xyz/onion/`) = working public JUP trade path. Jupiter quote, owner signs. Not Mission/Crank.
- Captain TCP (`/cockpit/`) = user’s 2D control panel after they earn it in 3D.
- Laptop TCP (`D:\TrinityAI\tcp`, `127.0.0.1:8788`) = operator Super6 / Phemex / ApeX. Never upload those API keys to the site.
- Launch kernel `aqE4LHxnVrwTxkpzXsgHSFM16nFs6gPqkLamLBZUynq` = live on-chain, optional/recovery, not the normal swap UX.

## Product law

1. Custody never leaves the captain. Connecting a wallet is a public-key read unless they approve a Jupiter (or later mint) transaction.
2. Websites are overwhelming. Do not dump the whole platform on arrival. Unfold by TIP stage.
3. Trust that must be publicly verified lives on-chain (kernel, HedgAI mint, Founding Fleet collection). The rest is Web2 keyed by wallet. Remaining program work **upgrades** kernel `aqE4LHxn…` with a tiny Wars escrow (init/deposit/concede/claim/refund). Compact, memories, boards, timers, DAS colors, and journey stay Web2 so the ELF stays small. Do not deploy a second program. Remaining cash ~0.5 SOL (~1 SOL total with rent already paid).
4. Permanent membership = NFT. Recurring money only for heavy website compute (T-34). Lite use is free with rate limits.
5. Automatic “memory NFTs” still require the user’s signature. Nothing is minted for them.
6. 1 SOL budget reserved for a future captain-commitment / TIP memory collection. Do not invent program IDs. Compact registry remains UNSET. Do not spend Agent Zero on an unfrozen ceremony.

## Deploy law (credits)

Netlify is ~500 credits. **Hold deploy.** Build locally. One production CLI deploy (`dir` + Functions) only at a named checkpoint: fire-path break, Functions would 404, Onion lettering live, proven Devnet 1v1, or site 503 recovered with unpublished tree. Do not zip-API upload *and* CLI-deploy — that is two burns. Zip to `/tmp` as evidence. OneDrive zips have failed EOCD and wasted a deploy. See `trinity-program/deploy-law.json`.

## Strategy core (2026-10-04)

The papers are filed. Do not invent the rest of the system while the core is the work.

**Functioning core, now.** `/strategy/rebalance/` is the core. A person types a holding, a dollar amount, and a side: Long, Short, or Neutral. The page scores that list against 33 : 33 : 34 and writes a one-step rebalance. The triangle is remembered in that browser only. It does not connect a broker, a wallet, or an exchange, and it does not send an order. Sample rows are examples until someone edits them.

**Roadmap, later. Do not build these in the same pass.**

1. Chapters 12 and 18. They were not in revision 1. Leave the gaps until the author supplies them.
2. The Y extraction rule. The book names Y and does not give the formula.
3. X and Z as tested limits. The share caps and dollar tickets in the book are examples.
4. A brokerage read. Still no order, even after a read exists.
5. The request-only autonomous code. It is not hosted. Do not write it from the chapter description.
6. DAO, `trinity_core`, and `trinity_players` deploys. Source stays source until the written defects are fixed and a founder spends SOL on purpose. Placeholder ids are not program ids.
7. Chain cash already reserved stays reserved: about 0.5 SOL for the live wars program buffer, and 1 SOL for a later memory ceremony after a founder freeze.

## Build order (keep going in this sequence)

### Now / next (no new program)

Milestone A (phone live OS): `/journey/` now shows kernel + JUP + War Room next-action and only the desks this TIP stage can enter. 3D is optional.

### Now / next continued

1. Visible TIP stage on 3D HUD and cockpit (wanderer…heavy). Next card after identity + 25 USDC is Sit at Captain TCP, then review `/onion-handoff/` — apply/sign only on Onion. JUP leftover still opens Onion exit first.
2. Local memories + optional “save this memory” (user-signed memo or later Core mint).
3. Sit at TCP without a wallet → Check-In, not the full panel.
4. Fog copy that tells them *why* a pavilion is closed.
5. Onion remains the only public fire button.
6. Lite rate-limit enforcement on check-in refresh.

### Then (still Web2 + existing chain)

7. Registry DAS so Fleet shows real Core ships (today Agent Zero is recognized but `official_assets: 0`). HedgAI distribution already paints the Fleet board; NFT fleet colors stay unread until DAS tags wallets — do not fake zero fleets.
8. Decode live kernel Mission for read-only HUD (HOLD/AVOID/ACT/FUND) without making Crank the start UX. Plaza kernel board + protocol stage line now paint the live card when RPC answers.
9. Price-aware War Room from public quotes. Plaza War Room board and the overlay compare the live JUP quote to the 2-4-8 ladder. Still not an order.
10. `captain.json` bot API for Grok/agents.
11. Functions-aware Netlify deploy if Hugging Face Talk should be armed (`HF_TOKEN`).

### Ceremony (founder freeze required — 1 SOL budget)

12. TIP memory NFT collection (Metaplex Core), mint on stage-up or after Onion tx — user signs.
13. Optional captain-commitment program to anchor cockpit SHA-256.
14. Compact Activation Registry V1 only after program ID / buffer / upgrade authority are frozen AND Agent Zero is above rent + survival. Current SOL is short of conservative compact rent.

### Do not

- Deploy Layer Zero / TTT / EngineShares / lending.
- Merge Trinity Wars (fiction) with Trade Wars (live trading). No crossover is designed.
- Replace Onion with Mission/Crank.
- Restart laptop TCP just to inspect.
- Upload Phemex/ApeX keys to the public site.
- Recurring charges for identity (only T-34 for heavy compute).

## Operator leftover (laptop, not TIP)

From ChatGPT handoff 2026-09-18:

- Phemex `11001` = insufficient available balance; HYPEUSDT still retried with null qty despite seed ban. Fix recast on next **deliberate** TCP restart.
- TCP `/api/status` not reachable from WSL; do not bounce Ghost Pilot to “check.”
- ApeX fills historically verified; not exchange-reconciled here.
- X drafts: do not say books are “held” when only accounting is pending (copy already corrected in generator).
- iPhone → TCP needs private tunnel, not `0.0.0.0`.
- E: easystore backup is 2026-09-10; refresh when the drive is mounted.
