Trinity Trading Privacy Policy
Trinity is a self-custody web app. You do not need a Trinity account. We never ask for or store your seed phrase, private key, wallet password, exchange credentials, contacts, photos, or precise location.
Information Trinity processes
When you enter or connect a wallet, Trinity processes its public Solana address and public on-chain balances, token accounts, transactions, and qualification state. Public blockchain activity remains visible independently of Trinity.
Trinity can also read recognized public Metaplex Core assets, their collection and strategy-version data, and the public transaction evidence needed to reconstruct a vessel or completed voyage. Connecting a wallet does not by itself publish a Trinity profile, Fleet membership, Mission budget, active position, or performance history.
If you enable PIT alerts, Trinity processes a randomly generated device identifier, push subscription endpoint and encryption keys, wallet-signed monitoring proof, hashed enrollment and review credentials, notification identifiers, delivery acknowledgements, and related timestamps. The signed message authorizes monitoring only; it does not authorize a trade.
The app stores alert enrollments, device identifiers, short-lived review data, submission receipts, and interface preferences in browser storage on your device. A Solflare handoff expires after no more than three minutes and is consumed once. A trade card is usable only during its displayed expiry window; supporting delivery records can remain briefly afterward for acknowledgement and replay protection. Server enrollment records expire after up to 180 days unless renewed or turned off sooner.
Transactions
If you request an order, the app sends public wallet and route information to Solana RPC and quote-routing services so it can read balances, request a quote, validate and simulate a transaction, and submit the transaction you approve in your compatible wallet. The resulting transaction and signature are public on Solana.
If you choose to create or receive an NFT, the connected wallet, asset, collection, metadata URI, strategy-policy commitment, royalty configuration, transaction, and signature become public blockchain or permanent-storage records. Permanent records cannot be deleted by Trinity.
If you request software membership, Trinity processes the connected public wallet, selected enrolled-capital amount and tier, short-lived quote identifier, fixed USDC fee, payment signature, activation time, and expiration time. Trinity verifies the public on-chain USDC balance changes before activating membership. Membership receipts and payment-replay records may be retained for up to two years for billing history, dispute handling, security, and duplicate-payment prevention.
Operations and analytics
Hosting, security, and network providers may process IP address, browser or device information, request time, requested URL, and security events. Trinity does not load a third-party analytics script into the transaction-signing page; aggregate traffic may be measured through hosting or server request records. We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-app behavioral advertising.
Missions, Fleets, and public profiles
Mission drafts remain in memory in the Set Sail interface and are not an active campaign. Active Mission and Fleet state belongs in the secure evaluation and reconciliation path. Public captain history is disabled by default and requires separate wallet-authorized publication consent. Active Missions, campaigns, completed performance, and exact amounts have independent sharing controls. The private exact-exposure permission used for Fleet safety is never treated as public-profile consent.
Service providers
Providers involved in operating the service can include Cloudflare, Netlify, GitHub, Solana RPC or DAS providers, Jupiter routing services, Phantom, Solflare, Metaplex-compatible services, permanent-storage gateways, and browser or operating-system push services. They process information under their own privacy terms and only as needed for their role.
Your choices
You can use the public site without alerts, deny notifications, remove a wallet enrollment with Turn Off Alerts, clear Trinity's browser storage, or uninstall the Home Screen app. Because Solana is a public blockchain, Trinity cannot erase on-chain records. Retention and security
Short-lived challenges, pairing links, alert cards, and handoffs expire automatically. Server and browser transaction-submission receipts used for on-chain reconciliation are retained for up to seven days and then automatically removed from Trinity-controlled storage. Enrollment and other operational records are retained only as needed to provide alerts, prevent replay and abuse, maintain reliability, meet legal obligations, and resolve security incidents. No system is perfectly secure, so protect your device and verify every wallet prompt.
Children and changes
The service is not directed to children under 18. Material policy changes will be posted here with a revised effective date.
