Trinity Trading Terms of Use
Self-custody service
Trinity monitors public Solana wallet data, prepares wallet-specific PIT trade cards, and can request a third-party swap quote. Trinity does not hold your assets, private keys, seed phrase, or wallet password.
Your approval is always required
A PIT alert is a review prompt, not authority to trade. If you choose Place Order, Trinity may construct and simulate a transaction for the exact card. You must review and approve that transaction in the supported Solflare wallet before it can be submitted. Trinity cannot sign for you and does not promise that a quote, transaction, or settlement will succeed.
Not financial advice
Trinity provides software, general market information, and educational strategy observations. It is not personalized investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice; a broker-dealer, exchange, investment adviser, or fiduciary; or a promise of performance.
Software membership
A Trinity software membership purchases access for the displayed period to eligible monitoring, analysis, notifications, accounting views, and wallet-specific PIT cards. Membership pricing is a fixed USDC tier determined by the amount of capital you explicitly choose to enroll. It is not calculated from profit, loss, total wallet assets, or investment performance. Selecting a tier limits the capital Trinity treats as enrolled; it does not transfer that capital to Trinity.
Membership requires current HedgAI registry eligibility when the quote is created. Each payment requires separate approval in Solflare, activates only after on-chain verification, and does not authorize any trade. Membership never renews automatically. A correct strategy result may be Hold, and membership does not promise a minimum number of cards or transactions.
Membership payment and expiration
The exact USDC amount, recipient wallet, tier, enrolled-capital limit, quote expiration, and service period are shown before approval. Confirmed membership payments are final after activation except where required by law or where Trinity confirms a duplicate or erroneous charge. Service time may be extended for a verified material Trinity outage at Trinity's discretion. Trading losses, rejected cards, market conditions, Hold decisions, third-party outages, and unused time do not create a performance refund.
Risk and independent review
Crypto assets and decentralized-finance services involve substantial risk, including volatility, slippage, smart-contract failure, network congestion, inaccurate or delayed data, loss of principal, and total loss. Alerts can be late, duplicated, missed, or unavailable. Verify the wallet, asset, amount, route, fees, and transaction details before every approval.
Third-party services
Solflare, Solana, RPC providers, quote and routing services, browser push services, and hosting providers operate under their own terms and may charge fees. Trinity does not control or guarantee those services.
Eligibility and acceptable use
You must be legally able to use the service where you live. Do not interfere with the service, bypass controls, abuse endpoints, misrepresent its data, use another person's wallet without permission, or use Trinity unlawfully.
Availability and limitation
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trinity disclaims warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness, merchantability, non-infringement, and investment outcome, and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or trading losses arising from use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service changes. Material revisions will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after a revision means you accept the updated terms.
