Trinity Trading Terms of Use

Self-custody service

Trinity monitors public Solana wallet data, prepares wallet-specific PIT trade cards, and can request a third-party swap quote. Trinity does not hold your assets, private keys, seed phrase, or wallet password.

Your approval is always required

A PIT alert is a review prompt, not authority to trade. If you choose Place Order, Trinity may construct and simulate a transaction for the exact card. You must review and approve that transaction in the connected compatible wallet, including Phantom or Solflare where supported, before it can be submitted. Trinity cannot sign for you and does not promise that a quote, transaction, or settlement will succeed.

Not financial advice

Trinity provides software, general market information, and educational strategy observations. It is not personalized investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice; a broker-dealer, exchange, investment adviser, or fiduciary; or a promise of performance.

Software membership

A Trinity software membership purchases access for the displayed period to eligible monitoring, analysis, notifications, accounting views, and wallet-specific PIT cards. Membership pricing is a fixed USDC tier determined by the amount of capital you explicitly choose to enroll. It is not calculated from profit, loss, total wallet assets, or investment performance. Selecting a tier limits the capital Trinity treats as enrolled; it does not transfer that capital to Trinity.

Membership requires current HedgAI registry eligibility when the quote is created. Each payment requires separate approval in Solflare, activates only after on-chain verification, and does not authorize any trade. Membership never renews automatically. A correct strategy result may be Hold, and membership does not promise a minimum number of cards or transactions.

Membership payment and expiration

The exact USDC amount, recipient wallet, tier, enrolled-capital limit, quote expiration, and service period are shown before approval. Confirmed membership payments are final after activation except where required by law or where Trinity confirms a duplicate or erroneous charge. Service time may be extended for a verified material Trinity outage at Trinity's discretion. Trading losses, rejected cards, market conditions, Hold decisions, third-party outages, and unused time do not create a performance refund.

Risk and independent review

Crypto assets and decentralized-finance services involve substantial risk, including volatility, slippage, smart-contract failure, network congestion, inaccurate or delayed data, loss of principal, and total loss. Alerts can be late, duplicated, missed, or unavailable. Verify the wallet, asset, amount, route, fees, and transaction details before every approval.

Trade Wars Missions and Proof of Strategy

A Mission is a user-selected software scorecard. A PIT Card remains subject to the ship strategy, wallet and Fleet limits, current evidence, and a fresh transaction review. Victory, loss, flat, abandoned, and unverified outcomes describe attributable past evidence only; they do not predict future returns. Deposits and transfers are capital, not profit. No strategy promises recovery, infinite capital, successful averaging, a minimum yield, or a winning trade.

A $25 Mission means $25 of separately identified deployable strategy capital. It also requires the displayed HedgAI qualification, an eligible vessel, and a separate SOL network-fee reserve. Those additional assets and fees are not included in the $25 Mission bankroll.

Founding Fleet NFTs

A recognized Trinity NFT may identify a vessel, artwork, and exact versioned strategy policy. It is eligibility and a rule record only. It never grants custody, delegation, signing power, pooled ownership, guaranteed access, profit rights, or authority to trade. One wallet may hold several ship assets as inventory, but only one vessel is selected as active for that wallet at a time.

The Founding Fleet route is a paid public Solana Mainnet mint for five R60 ship classes. The displayed primary price is 0.0133 SOL per ship, paid to the founder wallet shown on the mint page; the minter also pays Solana network and account costs. Each R60 class applies a one-mint-per-wallet limit and has a technical Candy Machine ceiling of 1,000,000,000 items, so the supply should be understood as effectively open rather than scarce. Connecting a wallet alone requests no signature and moves no funds. A mint occurs only after the user selects a class and separately approves the displayed wallet transaction.

The immutable ship policies were sealed before public issuance and retain nft_launch_enabled:false as a historical pre-launch disclosure. The later R60 approval designated only the five paid R60 issuance paths as canonical without changing those policy bytes. This clarification does not activate a Mission, grant automation or transaction authority, or make collection membership alone sufficient for Mission-in-a-Bottle eligibility. Set Sail does not currently recognize or activate this public collection.

Review the ship class, payment, destination, network and account costs, and every wallet instruction before approving. Solana transactions may be irreversible, and Trinity does not promise successful minting, resale, marketplace liquidity, future software access, or royalty enforcement. Jurisdiction-specific sale, cancellation or refund, intellectual-property, transfer, and consumer-protection terms require applicable legal review before wider public promotion.

The collection may state a five-percent secondary-sale royalty allocation when a marketplace chooses to honor it. Royalties are not guaranteed. Any community-grant payment is voluntary and discretionary, may never occur, may change, and is not a dividend, yield, investment return, debt, or enforceable NFT-holder entitlement.

Third-party services

Phantom, Solflare, Solana, Metaplex, permanent-storage providers, RPC providers, quote and routing services, browser push services, marketplaces, and hosting providers operate under their own terms and may charge fees. Trinity does not control or guarantee those services.

Eligibility and acceptable use

You must be legally able to use the service where you live. Do not interfere with the service, bypass controls, abuse endpoints, misrepresent its data, use another person's wallet without permission, coordinate trades to manipulate price or volume, or use Trinity unlawfully. A public wallet's position or drawdown is never an instruction to trade that asset.

Availability and limitation

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trinity disclaims warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness, merchantability, non-infringement, and investment outcome, and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or trading losses arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service changes. Material revisions will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after a revision means you accept the updated terms.
